REGULATIONS ON FIRST AID BAG AT WORKPLACE

1. General requirements for emergency bags, first aid bags, medical bags according to Circular 19, all types A, B, C:

- The number of first aid bags equipped is consistent with the number of workers as prescribed in section 2;

- For each premises or floor of a working house or mobile working unit, there must be at least 01 appropriate first aid kit;

- First aid bags at the workplace must have the minimum amount of equipment and tools necessary for first aid as prescribed in section 3. Do not use them to store other items;

- Check regularly to ensure the full quantity and content of first aid bags as prescribed.

2. Regulation of the number of emergency bags, first aid bags, medical bags according to Circular 19, all types A B C for the work area:

≤ 25 employees: Have at least 01 first aid bag type A

From 26 - 50 employees: Have at least 01 first aid bag type B

From 51 - 150 employees: Have at least 01 first aid bag type C
